The Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center, LLC (AOTC) is a thriving, well-established private practice with a strong reputation for excellence in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), OCD-spectrum disorders, and related conditions. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Psychologist to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Founded in 1995, AOTC has been a leader in providing evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety and OCD-related disorders. We are a collaborative, supportive group of psychologists committed to clinical excellence, professional growth, and work-life balance.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time (25 client hours/week) licensed psychologist position (PhD or PsyD).
  • Preference for candidates who hold or are eligible for PsyPact licensure, allowing for interstate telehealth services.
  • Opportunities to work with a diverse caseload of individuals with anxiety disorders, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors,             and related conditions.
  • Emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as core treatment modalities.
  • Collaborative and collegial environment with opportunities for case consultation and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy (primarily CBT/ERP).
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for clinical consultation and professional growth.
  • Opportunity to supervise practicum students or postdoctoral fellows.


Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) in the State of Delaware.
  • PsyPact (or license-eligible) strongly preferred.
  • Specialized training and experience in CBT and ERP.
  • Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
