The Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center, LLC (AOTC) is a thriving, well-established private practice with a strong reputation for excellence in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), OCD-spectrum disorders, and related conditions. 

Established in 1995, AOTC has been a leader in providing evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety and OCD-related disorders. We are a collaborative, supportive group of psychologists committed to clinical excellence, professional growth, and work-life balance.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time (25 client hours/week) licensed master's level position (LPCMH, LCSW, or LMFT).
  • Opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of individuals with anxiety disorders, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and related conditions.
  • Emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as core treatment modalities.
  • Collaborative and collegial environment with opportunities for case consultation and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and/or family therapy (primarily CBT/ERP).
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for clinical consultation and professional growth.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision.
  • Opportunity to supervise practicum students.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree which qualifies for licensure in the state of Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), License Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Preference for candidates with previous training and experience in CBT and ERP.
  • Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
