The Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center, LLC (AOTC) is a thriving, well-established private practice with a strong reputation for excellence in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), OCD-spectrum disorders, and related conditions.
AOTC is excited to announce an opening for a new full-time postdoctoral fellowship. Our treatment team is composed of several well-seasoned clinical psychologists who are leading experts in treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders. We are dedicated to training clinicians at various levels, and our priority is cultivating a warm and supportive environment to maximize the professional development of our trainees.
Position Highlights
- Full-time (25 client hours/week) post-doctoral resident
- Opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of individuals with anxiety disorders, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and related conditions
- Emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as core treatment modalities
- Collaborative and collegial environment with opportunities for case consultation and professional development
Responsibilities
- Provide both individual and/or family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults
- Work two evenings a week or one weekend day
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues for clinical consultation and professional growth
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision
Qualifications
- Be on track to complete doctoral program (PsyD or PhD) in counseling or clinical psychology by 8/31/26
- Strong background in providing evidence-supported treatments for a variety of populations, including children and adolescents
- Have a firm knowledge base of ERP treatment for OCD, and experience with utilizing ERP in a clinical setting is strongly preferred
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
